Danesh Dermatology is committed to advancing dermatologic care through participation in clinical research. Our practice has extensive experience conducting clinical trials and observational studies sponsored by leading pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies. Our clinical research studies are conducted throughout the greater Los Angeles community, including Beverly Hills and the San Gabriel Valley.
Clinical research plays an important role in developing new treatment options and improving our understanding of skin disease. Eligible patients may have opportunities to participate in studies involving investigational medications, approved therapies being studied in new settings, or long-term observational research.
Danesh Dermatology has conducted and continues to participate in studies spanning a broad range of dermatologic conditions, including psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, chronic spontaneous urticaria, acne, hidradenitis suppurativa, and other inflammatory and chronic skin diseases.
Our research experience spans both interventional and observational studies and includes work with industry sponsors such as Eli Lilly, Novartis, AbbVie, and Amgen. Through this work, Danesh Dermatology has contributed to research involving biologic therapies and other advanced treatments that have helped advance modern dermatologic care.

Dermatology Clinical Trials
What Is a Clinical Trial?
Clinical trials are carefully designed research studies that evaluate new treatments, medications, devices, or approaches to patient care. Studies are conducted according to established scientific, regulatory, and ethical standards. Before participating, patients receive information about the study, its requirements, potential risks, and potential benefits so they can make an informed decision.
Depending on the study, participation may involve office visits, physician examinations, laboratory testing, questionnaires, study medications, and follow-up assessments.
Why Participate?
Participation in clinical research may provide eligible patients with access to investigational or emerging treatment options while contributing to the development of future therapies. Clinical trials also help researchers better understand dermatologic diseases, treatment safety, treatment effectiveness, and long-term patient outcomes.
Participation is not appropriate for every patient, and each study has specific eligibility requirements. Choosing whether to participate is always voluntary and does not affect a patient's routine medical care.
Interested in Participating in a Clinical Trial?
Research opportunities at Danesh Dermatology change over time as new studies open and existing studies are completed. Patients who are interested in clinical research are encouraged to contact our office or speak with a member of our team during their visit to learn about studies that are currently enrolling.
Our team can provide additional information about available studies and help determine whether a particular study may be appropriate based on the study's eligibility criteria.
For Pharmaceutical Companies & Clinical Research Organizations
Danesh Dermatology welcomes opportunities to collaborate with pharmaceutical companies, biotechnology companies, clinical research organizations, and other research partners conducting dermatology clinical trials.
Our practice offers experience in dermatologic clinical research, access to a diverse patient population, physician-led study oversight, and an established clinical setting capable of supporting clinical trial activities. We are interested in opportunities involving both interventional and observational research across a broad range of dermatologic conditions.
Sponsors and clinical research organizations interested in discussing potential study opportunities, site feasibility, or research collaboration are invited to contact Danesh Dermatology.
